Full Car Respray

– Detailed Inspection on the damaged areas 

– (Only if required) Panel Beating to remove very serious dents

– Use masking tape and overspray protective film to cover the surfaces of your vehicle that you don’t want painted, including mirrors, window trim, glass, grills and door handles.

– Applying putty to even out the surface due to damages

-The putty area will then gets filed with sandpaper even looking finish – the damage is avoided by choosing the right sandpaper texture

– Making sure to prime these properly by feathering them until they are smooth and applying enough primer to the areas. Allow all primer to cure thoroughly

We will then sand down the panel(s) with a fine sandpaper to prep the car for respray

– Shifting the car into the specialized spray booth to ensure none of the dust or debris particles end up on the new paint, affecting the look

– 2-3 coats of colour paint will be sprayed and dried 

– 2 coats of high quality paint clear coat (lacquer) sprayed for best shine and gloss

– Painted area will then be baked to let it cure faster 

– Free 3 stages of paint correction and polishing will be carried out

– 1st stage of paint correction – Heavy Cut polish to level down the paint and create smooth looking paint surface

– 2nd stage of paint correction – Medium Cut polish to remove machine marks or light imperfections and create a swirl free finish

– 3rd stage of paint correction – Finish/ Jewel Polish to bring out the depth, shine and gloss to make it looks better than original car paint.

– Removal of masking tapes

– Car wash + interior vaccum 

– Hand over to the owner
